water atau dalam bahasa melayu dia air..macam yang kita tahu dari awal wujudnya kita kat dunia ni..Air memainkan peranan penting dalam tumbesaran semua makhluk kat dunia ni..
(kita bukan buat karangan lah Comot)

Water makes up nearly 70% of our body (if i'm not mistaken by the number) which means our body need water more than it need perfume and other stuff that we put to it..most of our biological system that operates in our body uses water or H2O as its medium..therefore, it is essential for us to drink water to keep these systems operating fluently without any problems..
But, unfortunately, most of us thinks that water is not very important..they think "hey, coke and Pepsi is water too..drink it and you'll be okay"
Guys, you're wrong. why? because the water that we need in our body is the water that comes naturally from earth..which means it is 100% free from sugar, carbonate and others..coke, Pepsi and others are not very healthy for us. Why? because it contains more sugar and other substances that we should consume.
But, it does not mean that we should not drink juices and tea and coffee..Any beverages has their very own unique feature that helps us keep our body health in a good condition.

To conclude,
we should drink 8 glasses of water everyday to avoid dehydration
avoid carbonated drinks coz basically it does not contain all the minerals and vitamins that we need in our body
drink water from a known source. this is because, drinking water from an unknown source means risking your precious life.
